Your HANDS home visitor will provide personalized tips to help you stay healthy during pregnancy, covering everything from nutrition and rest to what to expect at doctor’s visits. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, we’re here to support you every step of the way with care that’s focused on you and your growing baby.
From tummy time to story time, your HANDS visitor will share fun, age-appropriate activities that help your baby learn and grow. These special moments don’t just support brain development, they help build a stronger bond between you and your child, too.
Having a baby is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why HANDS offers practical tools for managing stress, calming techniques for both you and your baby, and a listening ear when you just need to talk. We’re here to help you find your calm and feel more confident as a parent.
Not sure when your baby should roll over? Curious about how to soothe them to sleep? We’ve got you covered. HANDS provides easy-to-understand resources on baby milestones, care routines, and ways to build a secure, loving bond with your child.
No two families are the same, and neither are your needs. That’s why every visit is tailored just for you. Whether you need help finding community resources, preparing for your baby’s next stage, or just someone to celebrate your progress with you’ll find a partner in HANDS.
You may qualify for services if you or your loved one is currently pregnant or your baby is less than 90 days old.
You will meet with our HANDS Supervisor, Shanda Frye, LSW, who will walk you through the enrollment process.
